CNC Technology
All components and working parts of our bending machines are machined on CNC machines.
Rotating components such as pins and bushings are manufactured to the appropriate tolerances on a modern CNC lathe, ensuring a long service life and trouble-free operation.
The working beams of our bending machines—the components responsible for ensuring proper, straight-line bending quality—are also machined on CNC machines.
Specialized CNC milling machines with appropriate lengths of 3.0 m and 4.0 m enable high-precision machining of working beams in a single setup, without visible machining seams, unlike when machining on conventional machines!!!
The structural components of the bending machine’s sides are also manufactured on a precision CNC cutting machine.
The final and crucial stage in machine production—painting—is carried out in a professional, heated, and ventilated paint shop. The machines are painted with a double coat of high-quality paint.
At the same time, to meet the needs of our customers, we are introducing more and more innovations to existing machines, as well as developing completely new designs.
Our machines have gained recognition in many European countries, including Germany, Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, Lithuania, Sweden, and others.
The production hall with an area of 1,5002 square meters ensures proper workplace ergonomics, which, combined with our experience and the use of modern CNC machining technologies, enables us to manufacture machines of the highest quality.
