In addition to the standard gas springs on the pressure beam, the machine is equipped with an additional gas spring that assists the bending beam with a force of 850 N. The machine’s more robust and reinforced side mechanisms (using mechanisms 40% larger than those in the ZG-1400/1.5 bending machine) and the cross-sections of the bending machine’s working beams allow for bending steel sheet up to 2.0 mm thick with a yield strength of up to 400 MPa. Despite its compact dimensions, the machine weighs as much as 230 kg, which is one of its most important advantages!
