The bending machine is equipped with a total of 4 gas springs—two for the pressure beam and two for the bending beam—with a combined force of 2620 N , which allows it to lift approximately 265 kg! The machine’s side mechanisms are constructed using brass bushings, ensuring long-term, trouble-free operation.
All of the machine’s working beams—i.e., the fixed beam, the bending beam, and the pressure beam—were manufactured on CNC-controlled milling machines with a minimum working length of 3500 mm, which allowed for their perfect milling.
