is implementing a project co-financed by European Funds: \u201cInnovative Electric-Powered Bending Machine <\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

as a new product in the MAAD company\u2019s portfolio from Tuchola\u201d<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Project objective: <\/strong>Implementation of a new product innovation on a national scale within the company \u2013 an electromechanical bending machine developed by MAAD (a small enterprise).<\/p>\n

<\/strong><\/p>\n

Project description<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

The project involves launching an innovative product onto the market. The investment is based on the purchase of fixed assets necessary to start production of the innovative bending machine.<\/p>\n

The fixed assets planned for purchase are:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. CNC lathe with driven tools and a tool changer \u2013 1 unit,<\/li>\n
  2. vertical CNC milling center with 2-pallet capability \u2013 1 unit, and<\/li>\n
  3. CNC plasma cutter \u2013 1 unit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    This scope of the project will enable the full achievement of its objective, namely the implementation of R&D results through the market launch of an innovative electrically driven sheet metal bending machine. Additionally, employment levels at the company will increase\u20144 new jobs will be created, thereby reducing unemployment in the region and having a positive impact on the local community.<\/p>\n

    By achieving the project\u2019s objective\u2014the implementation in a small enterprise of R&D results concerning innovative product technology\u2014MAAD will introduce an unprecedented product solution to the domestic and global markets, for which a patent application has been filed. This will enable increased production and higher company revenue, while simultaneously confirming the company\u2019s high innovative potential among customers, and affirm its status and prestige as a major manufacturer in the sheet metal machinery industry in Poland and abroad. As a result, the company\u2019s competitiveness on the domestic and international markets as an innovative producer of high-quality products will increase. The project will thus directly contribute to strengthening the innovation and competitiveness of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province, as well as the entire country.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

    The indicators for the planned project outputs are:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Number of enterprises supported in the field of eco-innovation \u2013 baseline value – 0, target value – 1 in 2018.<\/li>\n
    2. Private investments complementing public support for enterprises (grants) \u2013 baseline value: 0, target value: PLN 1,520,040.00 in 2018,<\/li>\n
    3. Number of enterprises supported in the implementation of R&D results \u2013 baseline value: 0, target value: 1 in 2018.<\/li>\n
    4. Number of enterprises receiving support to introduce new products to the market \u2013 baseline value: 0, target value: 1 in 2018.<\/li>\n
    5. Number of enterprises receiving grants \u2013 baseline value: 0, target value: 1 in 2018.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The total investment value will amount to PLN 2,598,690.00 (PLN 2,115,000.00 in eligible costs).<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

      3. Number of product innovations introduced \u2013 baseline value \u2013 0, target value \u2013 1 in 2018,<\/li>\n
      4. Increase in employment at supported enterprises, baseline value – 0, target value – 4 people in 2018.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        EU (ERDF) co-financing of the project<\/strong>: PLN 1,078,650.00<\/p>\n

        Own contribution: <\/strong>PLN 1,520,040.00<\/p>\n
