CNC Technology

All subassemblies and working elements of our angle bending machines are worked on CNC machines.

 

Rotary elements such as bolts or sleeves are made with the appropriate tolerances on our modern CNC lathe, which ensures the long life of these elements as well as operation free from malfunctions.

 

The working beams of our angle bending machines, the elements responsible for the proper, linear quality of bending, are also worked on CNC machines.

 

Specialized CNC milling machines with the appropriate lengths of 3.0m and 4.0m make it possible to machine working beams with great precision with one point of fixation, without visible technological passes as in the case of machining on conventional machines !!!

Structural elements of the sides of the angle bending machine are also produced on a precise CNC plasma cutter. 

The last, and very important stage, of machine production – painting – is carried out in a professional, heated, and ventilated paint shop. The machines are painted with a double layer of high quality paint.
