CNC Services
All elements of the shears are replaceable, thanks to the use of monolithic construction processed on CNC machines.
Rotating elements such as pins, sleeves are made in the appropriate tolerances on a modern CNC lathe, which ensures long life of these elements and trouble-free operation.
The working beams of our bending machines, i.e. the elements responsible for the straight quality of bending, are also processed on CNC machines.
Special CNC milling machines with appropriate lengths of 3.0 m and 4.0 m allow for the machining of working beams with high precision from one clamping, without visible technological transitions as is the case with machining on conventional machines !!!
Structural elements of the bending machine sides are also manufactured on a precision CNC lathe.
The last, yet very important stage in the production of a machine - painting - is performed in a professional, heated and ventilated paint shop. Machines are painted with a double layer of high quality paint.
At the same time, in order to meet our customers' expectations, we are introducing more and more modernisations to the existing machines, as well as developing completely new designs.
Our machines are recognized in many European countries such as Germany, Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, Lithuania, Sweden and other.
The production hall with an area of 1500 m2 provides the appropriate work ergonomics, which in combination with experience and the use of modern CNC machining technologies allows for manufacturing machines at an adequate quality level.
