implements the project co-financed by European Funds "Innovative bending machine with electric drive

as a new product in the offer of MAAD company from Tuchola"

 

 

Project objective: To implement in the company a new product innovation on a national scale - bending machine with electric-mechanical drive, which was developed by MAAD (small enterprise).

 

Project description:

 

The project involves the introduction of an innovative product to the market. The investment is based on the purchase of fixed assets necessary to start the production of the innovative bending machine.

The fixed assets planned for purchase are:

1. CNC lathe with driven tools and interceptor - 1 pc,
2. CNC vertical milling center with 2-pallet operation capability - 1 piece and
3. CNC plasma burner - 1 pc.

This material scope of the project will allow the full implementation of its objective, i.e. the implementation of the results of research and development works through the introduction of an innovative sheet metal folding machine with electric drive. In addition, the company will increase the level of employment - 4 new jobs will be created, thus reducing unemployment in the region and having a positive impact on the environment.

Thanks to the realization of the project aim, consisting in the implementation in a small company of the results of R works on innovative product technology, MAAD will introduce to the domestic and global market unknown product solution, submitted for patent protection, which will allow to increase production, increase company turnover, but at the same time confirm the high innovative potential of the company among customers, confirm its status and prestige as an important manufacturer of tinsmithing machinery in Poland and abroad. Thanks to this, the competitiveness of the company on the domestic and foreign markets as an innovative manufacturer of high quality products will increase. Thus, the project will directly contribute to strengthening the innovativeness and competitiveness of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie province as well as the whole country.

 

The indicators of the planned products of the project are:

1. Number of enterprises supported in the field of eco-innovation - baseline value - 0, target value - 1 in 2018.
2. Private investment complementary to public support for enterprises (grants) - base value - 0, target value - 1 520 040,00 PLN in 2018,
3. Number of enterprises supported in the scope of implementation of the results of R&D works - baseline value - 0, target value - 1 item in 2018.
4. Number of enterprises supported with a view to launching products new to the market - baseline value: 0, target value: 1 in 2018.
5. Number of enterprises receiving grants - baseline value - 0, target value - 1 item in 2018.

The total value of investments will amount to PLN 2 598 690.00 (PLN 2 115 000.00 are eligible costs).

 

Result indicators:

1. Number of implemented R&D works results, baseline value - 0, target value - 1 item in 2018,
2. Revenue from sales of new or improved process products, baseline - 0, target - 150 000,00 PLN in 2018,
3. Number of introduced product innovations - baseline value - 0, target value - 1 item in 2018,
4. Increase in employment in supported enterprises, baseline value - 0, target value - 4 people in 2018.
