The NGM-3000/1.0 mechanical guillotine shears are designed for cutting various sheet metal materials, such as steel, aluminum, brass, and copper. This machine is easy to operate, and its design makes it not only functional but also reliable in use. The guillotine shears are equipped with a CNC rear stop (controlled via a touchscreen panel).

The work area at the front of the shears is protected by a pressure beam. Special safety nets are mounted at the rear of the machine to cover the table supporting the sheet metal, ensuring operator safety.

The machine is also equipped with a right-angle gauge and profiles at the front of the shears that support the sheet metal and extend the machine’s work table.

The drop table for the NGM-3000/1.0 guillotine is an optional accessory that allows the cut sheet to be supported up to a width of 3000 mm and a depth of 650 mm. It thus acts as an extension of the guillotine table, enabling the cutting of wider strips of thin sheet metal without the need to manually support them behind the machine.
To ensure proper “exit” of the wide sheet strip, the machine has an option to temporarily stop in the lower position so that the cut material is not struck during the upward lift.
The drop table moves automatically in sync with the working motion of the NGM-3000/1.0 guillotine, and the cut sheet metal strips (with a maximum length of 650 mm) fall onto the receiving table, which is equipped with a set of casters.
