NGM-2000/1.25 MECHANICAL GUILLOTINE SHEARS
The NGM-2000/1.25 mechanical guillotine shears are designed for cutting various materials, such as steel, aluminum, brass, and copper in sheet form. This machine is easy to operate, and its design makes it not only functional but also reliable in use. The machine is constructed from high-quality materials that ensure long-term and safe operation.
The guillotine shears are equipped with rear cutting length stops with a 500 mm reach and a scale.
The work area at the front of the shears is protected by a pressure beam.
The equipment also includes a right-angle gauge and profiles at the front of the shears that support the sheet metal and extend the machine’s work table.
Mechanical material clamping ensures cutting accuracy, while the safety guard at the front of the machine prevents contact with the blades during cutting.
The shears feature a functional and reliable drive mechanism for the upper cutting beam and simple adjustment of the relative positions of the upper and lower blade segments.
The shears’ components are manufactured on precision CNC machine tools.
The machine is coated with a double layer of high-quality paint—the painting process is performed in a professional, heated, and ventilated paint shop.
