It is a modern machine with a compact design, easy to operate, functional and reliable in use. It is used to bend thin metal sheets up to 1.2 mm thick for Rm up to 400 MPa along a straight line at a specified angle. The applied interchangeable working segments in the clamping and bending beams make it possible to use the bending machine not only in the roofing industry but also in various branches of industry where repeatability and high efficiency of sheet metal processing is required. Stepless adjustment of the speed of the working beams from the bending machine control panel and a possibility to set the bending angle of the sheet metal put the model in the group of the most functional machines of the kind offered in our market by domestic and foreign manufacturers. The design solution for the drive of the pressing and bending beams is protected by patent no. 230852.
The main working elements of the bending machine are the following beams: fixed, clamping and bending beam.
The clamping beam is a movable beam used to fix metal sheets in a desired position. It is equipped with replaceable segments, which allow to perform very complicated machining. It is raised and lowered by means of foot pedals and the speed of beam movement is set by a potentiometer located on the control panel.
The bending beam is also equipped with replaceable working segments. The rotational movement of the bending beam is realized with the use of buttons from the control panel and its speed is adjusted steplessly with an independent potentiometer located on the control panel.
A knob with a stop allows stepless setting of the bending angle of the bending sheet metal in the range from 0 to 155 degrees. The range of movement of the bending beam (movement to the set bending angle or movement in the whole working range of the bending beam) is selected with a switch located on the control panel of the bending machine.
An electric-mechanical drive controlled by foot pedals allows the operator to operate the bending machine with both hands. The movement of the pressure beam by means of the foot pedals enables the operator to position the sheet metal in the working space of the bending machine accurately with both hands.
The machine is standard-equipped with independent bumpers with millimeter increment scale for setting the position of the processed material, but also serve as a work table.
Electrical system of the bending machine adapted to be supplied from 3-phase AC 400 V / 50 Hz in 5-wire TN-S or TN-C-S system.
For safe operation, all controls of the working beams and those mounted in the bending unit are powered by 24 V.
The bending machine is covered with a double layer of high quality paint - the painting process is performed in a professional, heated and ventilated paint shop.
The components of the bending machine are manufactured on precision CNC machines.
