This is a modern machine with a compact design, easy to operate, functional, and reliable in use. It is used for bending thin sheets up to 1.2 mm thick with a yield strength (Rm) of up to 400 MPa along a straight line at a specified angle. The interchangeable working segments in the pressure and bending beams offer extensive application possibilities for the bending machine, not only in the roofing industry but also in various industrial sectors where repeatability and high sheet metal processing efficiency are required. Stepless speed control of the working beams from the bending machine control panel and the ability to set the sheet bending angle place this bending machine model among the most functional machines of its kind offered on our market by domestic and foreign manufacturers. The design solution for the drive of the pressure and bending beams is protected by patent No. 230852.
The main working elements of the bending machine are the beams: fixed, pressure, and bending.
The pressure beam is a movable beam used to secure the sheet metal in the desired position. It is equipped with interchangeable segments that allow for the execution of very complex operations. It is raised and lowered using foot pedals, and the beam’s travel speed is set using a potentiometer located on the control panel.
The bending beam is also equipped with interchangeable working segments. The rotational movement of the bending beam is controlled via buttons on the control panel, and its speed is continuously adjustable using an independent potentiometer located on the control panel.
A knob with a lock allows for stepless adjustment of the bending angle of the sheet metal within a range of 0 to 155 degrees. The selection of the bending beam’s range of motion (movement to a set bending angle or movement across the entire working range of the bending beam) is made using a switch located on the bending machine’s control panel.
The electromechanical pedal-controlled drive allows the operator to use both hands—moving the pressure beam with foot pedals allows the operator to precisely position the sheet metal in the bending machine’s work area with both hands.
The machine is equipped as standard with independent stops with millimeter graduations for positioning the workpiece, which also serve as a table.
The bending machine’s electrical system is designed for a three-phase AC power supply of 400 V / 50 Hz in a 5-wire TN-S or TN-C-S configuration.
For operator safety, all controls for the working beams and those mounted on the bending machine’s control panel are powered by 24 V.
The bending machine is coated with a double layer of high-quality paint—the painting process is performed in a professional, heated, and ventilated paint shop.
The bending machine components are manufactured on precision CNC machine tools.
