A segmented bending machine with an electrically driven pressure beam, designed specifically for forming chimney caps, eaves, firewall ends, and many other applications. Its functional design ensures ease of use and a wide range of practical applications.
The upper, lower, and bending beams are equipped with segmented blades ranging in size from 25 to 270 mm. The blades are made of high-quality steel, ensuring long-term operation of the bending machine while maintaining proper bending parameters. The clearance height between the bending plane and the upper blades is as much as 102 mm, between the bending plane and the lower beam it is 49.5 mm, the maximum bending angle is as much as 155 degrees, and the width of the bending beam is only 15 mm, which, as a result, translates into extensive capabilities for performing a wide variety of sheet metal work.
The stable and robust construction (machine weight 370 kg) ensures trouble-free bending of steel sheets up to 1.2 mm thick.
The design of the pressure beam drive is protected by patent No. 230852.
The main working elements of the bending machine are three working beams: a fixed beam, a pressure beam, and a bending beam.
The pressure beam is equipped with interchangeable segments that allow for the execution of very complex operations. It is moved via foot switches. The electric drive, utilizing an LG inverter, allows for stepless speed control during lifting and lowering. The pressure beam is designed such that its upper part serves as a guide for the circular shears.
The fixed beam is also equipped with interchangeable segments, which significantly increases the machine’s functionality.
The bending operation is performed by rotating the bending beam—which is also equipped with replaceable segments—to a specific angle using a handle. A protractor mounted on the left side of the bending machine (as viewed from the front) indicates the current bending angle of the sheet metal. A gas cylinder assists in lifting the bending beam.
The bending beam is adjustable in position relative to the fixed beam. This parameter affects the sheet metal bending radius, and its value also depends on the thickness of the sheet being bent.
The electric drive of the pressure beam is single-phase, powered by 230V.
The machine has a CE Declaration of Conformity.
The bending machine components are manufactured on precision CNC machine tools.
The bending machine is coated with a double layer of high-quality paint—the painting process is performed in a professional, heated, and ventilated paint shop.
The bending machine is available in a version with or without transport wheels. The wheels shown in the photos are an optional extra.
