The bending machine is mainly designed for roofers. Compact and durable construction (200 kg) guarantees trouble-free operation without bending elements deformation for many years. A specially milled bending bead makes it possible to bend the sheet metal up to the end of 155°. ZG-2000/0.7 has a utility pattern for this bead. It means that only our company has the rights to this design which in a very meaningful way supports roofing flashings. The narrow bending beam with a width of 15 mm and the lack of tighteners on the pressure beam guarantee the execution of a large number of complicated flashings.

CNC Machining

All components and working parts of our bending machines are manufactured on CNC machines.

 

Special CNC milling machines with appropriate lengths of 3.0 m and 4.0 m enable the machining of working beams with high precision.
