MECHANICAL GUILLOTINE SHEARS NGM-1400/1.5

The NGM-1400/1.5 mechanical guillotine shears are designed for cutting various materials such as steel, aluminum, brass, copper in sheet form. The machine is easy to operate and its construction makes it not only functional but also reliable in use. The machine has been made of high quality materials that ensure long and safe operation.

The guillotine shears are equipped with rear cutting length stops with a 500 mm overhang with a scale.

The workspace guard at the front of the shear is the pressure bar.

It also comes with a right angle gauge and profiles at the front of the shears to support the sheet metal and extend the working table of the machine.

A mechanical material clamp ensures cutting accuracy, a safety guard at the front of the machine prevents contact with the knives during cutting.

The shears have a functional and reliable drive mechanism of the upper cutting beam and a simple adjustment of upper and lower knife segments in relation to each other.

Shear elements are manufactured on precision CNC machine tools.

The device is covered with a double layer of high quality paint - the painting process is performed in a professional, heated and ventilated paint shop.
