Makes precise notches in round ducts and pipes of galvanized steel and aluminum, as well as black furnace tubes. The drive shaft of the attachment inserts into the screwdriver handle. The telescoping clamp of the attachment fits the length and width of most screwdriver housings.

The installed equipment can be easily operated with one hand. The rotational movement of the screwdriver handle rotates the interlocking teeth on the gears of the attachment providing the desired compression and pushes the metal out of the right side of the tool. To open the gears and facilitate insertion and removal of metal from the tool cavity, move the attachment lever to the down position. With the lever in the up position, the crimp depth is factory set for galvanized steel between 0.48 and 0.56 mm thick. For thinner plates, move the lever back or adjust its maximum movement with the set screws.

This crimping attachment is equipped with a clutch in the toothed mechanism, which prevents its damage, if the forces occurring during sheet metal crimping are too high.

The narrow slot of the working mechanism prevents fingers from entering the gear area.
