The largest and most powerful model in the ZG-2000 series of bending machines, capable of bending sheet metal up to 2 mm thick with parameters of Rm < 400 MPa (yield strength). The ZG-2000/2.0 bending machine is equipped with a total of 4 gas cylinders with a combined force of 2820 N, which translates to a lifting capacity of approximately 285 kg!
The bending machine’s side mechanisms were cut and milled from 35 mm thick sheet metal, which increased the machine’s strength compared to the ZG-2000/1.5 model. All components of the mechanisms and working beams were manufactured on CNC milling centers and lathes.
