The ZG-2500 series bending machines are equipped with two cylinders that lift the pressure beam and one cylinder that lifts the bending beam. The ZG-2500/1.0 bending machine is designed primarily for sheet metal shops and ventilation companies working with sheets up to 2500 mm in length and 1.0 mm in thickness. Achieving such excellent performance parameters for the bending machine was made possible by using thicker side mechanisms (35 mm instead of 25 mm! ) and significantly increasing the cross-sections of the working beams. Additionally, the side mechanisms feature brass bushings with direct lubrication in every rotating element, which increases the machine’s service life.
The narrow bending beam (25 mm) and compact cross-sections of the pressure beam allow for a vast range of roofing applications on a single stable machine, including ventilation ducts, thanks to the high lifting capacity of the pressure beam—80 mm! The ability to work with a circular blade adds even more functionality.
