The ZG-3000/1.0 bending machine is the most powerful model in the range of machines designed for processing flat sheets up to 3000 mm in length. It offers a wide range of capabilities thanks to the use of appropriate technological solutions:

  • 3 gas cylinders on the pressure beam (3×650 N) and 2 gas cylinders on the bending beam (2×1000 N)
  • all components manufactured on CNC milling centers and lathes
  • despite high performance parameters, a narrow bending beam—only 30 mm
  • no obstructive “tensioners” on the pressure beam, except for a slight 40 mm protrusion (competitors have several tensioners 150 mm wide!)
