We are presenting a machine we manufactured to a customer’s special order.
This is the base version of the ZG-2000/0.7 bending machine with the following modifications:
– a strip on the pressure beam (40×20 mm) to allow the stopper to reach a depth of 13–15 mm,
– bending angle limiter,
– stop with electronic position readout, crank-operated adjustment, racks with gear teeth, accuracy of +/- 0.2 mm,
– increased base thickness of the bending beam from 15 mm to 20 mm with additional undercutting from the bottom, so that it protrudes beyond the sheet by 15 mm,
– an additional cylinder to assist in bending the bending beam (lifting force approx. 65 kg).
