The ZG-1600/2.5 press brake features exceptionally large and rigid working mechanisms manufactured on CNC machine tools. Thanks to these features, the machine can bend sheet metal up to 2.5 mm thick. The press brake is equipped as standard with two gas springs on the pressure beam and two gas springs on the bending beam. The total force of all springs is 2820 N, which translates to the ability to lift 285 kg!
Bending parameters for maximum sheet thicknesses are maintained when bending at a width of at least the bending beam width, which is 30 mm.
