The ZGE-4000/0.8 bending machine is a compact, easy-to-use machine. The appropriately sized working beams and robust side frames enable the bending of steel sheets up to 0.8 mm thick. Functional and reliable, it guarantees trouble-free operation without deformation of the workpieces. Foot control of the upper pressure beam drive allows the operator to freely maneuver the material during sheet metal work. The design of the pressure beam drive is protected by patent No. 230852.

The main operating elements of the bending machine are the fixed beam, the pressure beam, and the bending beam.

The pressure beam is a movable beam used to secure the sheet metal in the desired position. It is raised and lowered using foot pedals. Thanks to the LG inverter used in the bending machine's control system, the speed of raising and lowering the upper beam is infinitely variable. The pressure beam is designed so that its upper section acts as a guide for the circular shears.

Bending is performed by rotating the bending beam by a specified angular value using a handle. A protractor mounted on the left side of the bending machine, viewed from the front, indicates the current bend angle of the sheet metal.

The bending beam can be adjusted in relation to the fixed beam. This parameter influences the bend radius of the sheet metal, and its value also depends on the thickness of the sheet metal being bent.

The working beams are equipped with tensioners to adjust the straightness of the working edges.

The bending machine components are manufactured on precision CNC machines.
