The MAAD ZGP-2000/1.0 sheet metal bending machine is a robust and precise machine designed for manual sheet metal bending in sheet metal shops, roofing shops, and production workshops. The machine is designed for reliable operation, high accuracy, and ease of use.
The ZGP-2000/1.0 model offers a working width of 2150 mm, enabling the processing of large sheet metal. The maximum thickness of the bent material is 1.0 mm for sheets with a strength Rm < 400 MPa. The maximum bending angle of 150° allows for a wide range of bending operations.
The 20 mm wide bending beam enables precise bending of even narrow elements and details. The stable construction, weighing 337 kg, ensures high rigidity and bend repeatability, which translates into the quality of the manufactured parts.
ZGP series bending machines, thanks to their specially designed construction, enable the performance of spatial machining used in fencing panels.
